The Darker is a seasonal coffee, sometimes a blend, that is roasted especially for espresso brewing. It’s what some might describe as strong coffee with lots of body, nougat notes, and sweetness.
For this coffee, we use the same high-quality beans and the roast level still highlights coffee cherries' natural characteristics. If you are after a smooth and milk-friendly espresso, look no further.
